It may be a British summer of blue, grey clouds over a closed Parliament and crowded beaches but there is no escape from the usual niggles – will the UK leave the EU and who loses if it does?

Reuters reports on City of London jitters about losing its place as a top financial trading city as follows:

“If‎ the UK left the European Union, London’s dominance of foreign exchange including euro trading would gradually decline and then end as the flows moved to Asia and other European capitals,” U.S. investor Jim Rogers, who co-founded the Quantum Fund in 1973 with George Soros, told Reuters.
